Between July 3rd and July 7th, professor Luiz Henrique Rodrigues and the PhD candidate Felipe Bocca will represent the group in the International Joint Workshop for Agricultural Big Data and Phenomics, that will take place in Montpellier, France. Their presentations are entitled "Machine Learning Applications in Agriculture: The SISDA Group Experience in Predictive Modeling" and "Modeling in Agricultural Machine Learning Applications: IoT and Resource Efficiency".

Between July 27th and July 29th, professor Luiz Henrique Rodrigues will represent the group in the Workshop on Optimization Under Uncertainty in Agriculture and Agrifood Industry, that will occur in Lleida, Spain, with the paper "Sugarcane Whole Chain Planning System: An Approach Based on the Advanced Planning Systems (APS)".
The research paper "When do I want to know and why? Different demands on sugarcane yield predictions" was published in the May issue of the journal Agricultural Systems.
